Parador De Calahorra

Terrible service and excessive price. Waitresses were unprofessional, arguing among themselves and charging €17 for a poorly prepared Gin and Tonic. There was no Bloody Mary because there was no vodka. Seriously? And all of that, while we were alone, I mean, they were not busy enough to proceed like that. Once and no more.

"A ten out of ten stay!" The Parador de Calahorra is a beautiful place, with classic and well-maintained decor that makes you feel at home. I want to highlight the kindness and professionalism of all the staff, but I would like to make a special mention of the receptionist Carmen. From our arrival, her service was exceptional, warm, and very attentive. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. I also want to mention the breakfast buffet, which is very complete and varied. We will definitely return!

From bad to worse... The evolution of this Parador is regrettable. The restoration is dreadful. For example, it is worth noting the inclusion of "4 sandwiches" on the restaurant's menu. And, worst of all, the glaring lack of service, especially at breakfast time. It has even worsened in the distribution of parking. Now that the one in Olite has reopened, or when the one in Veruela opens, it will be over. Will they want to close it...?
