Hotel Echaurren

The place is incredible… we liked that the menu is served in different areas of the restaurant… the service from the waiters was super professional and friendly (Javi). The quality of the tasting menu was very good, improving as it went on; although the appetizers surprised us less… as each dish progressed, we liked it more and more. Special mention to the tendon, hake, green bean, and squab dishes. It is very much appreciated that the products are local and of high quality. The facility is very beautiful, but certain details could be improved, for example in the restrooms (in other similar restaurants we have found extras like toothbrushes, towels… which provide extra comfort that you like to find). It is appreciated that Francis comes over to the table at the end of the service. We will say that we liked the experience a lot, and since they change a large part of the menu from year to year, we would like to return and continue enjoying such an unforgettable day again. Very nice, small, centrally located hotel

Wonderful hotel. Bright, spacious, modern, and soundproof rooms (despite the noise outside). The touch of the Ezcaray blanket is beautiful. Very comfortable beds. Free minibar and a complimentary bottle of wine. We had dinner at the traditional restaurant, very good. Very, very good breakfast, not to be missed. The whole team is lovely; they advise you very well on what to do in the surrounding area. A place to return to. Thank you very much!
