NH Herencia Rioja

We arrived around 6 in the evening, leaving the car at the hotel door. The check in was fast, Natalia, a hotel employee, assisted us, informed us and gave her best service. We were surprised by the treatment and attention that this employee gave us, polite and well informed on all the issues we subjected her to. Kudos to NH for having staff of this category.

We were only going to spend the day, but we decided to stay, and it was a great decision. The hotel is ideally located, in a quiet area but just a step away from Laurel Street, with parking available and very close to Gran Via with shops and supermarkets. The hotel facilities are very good, the Nh breakfast is always a success, and the rooms are perfect (they have some incredible suites). The Nh loyalty program is impressive and adds a notable plus to the stay. Undoubtedly a great choice of hotel.

Central location, adapted for people with reduced mobility, with a restaurant offering local and quality products. The hotel staff is professional and attentive to the needs of the guests.
