Real Valle Ezcaray

Excellent experience. We had a problem with the reservation (on our part), but Ainhoa, even outside of his working hours, came to the apartments and solved everything for us right away with impeccable attention. At first we were going to stay only one night, but we were so comfortable that we decided to extend one more night. We travel with our pet and feel at home. The apartment has a basic welcome pack (dishwasher pill, dish soap and sponge), as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. They also allow pets to climb on the sofa and provide a sheet to protect it, a detail that is greatly appreciated. Overall, the apartment is very comfortable and very well equipped. We would like to draw particular attention to Ainhoa, who was 10. Thank you very much. If we return to Ezcaray, we will certainly repeat.

I've been there many times, for over ten years. More and more expensive and worse. The tendency is that it lacks luster, maintenance, personnel.... It's slowly languishing. However, it still retains some of the initial loan and are acceptable apartments. But the value for money is becoming more and more critical. The reception slow, the terrace dirty, the shower half broken.... Would I go back??? Well I think if....If they get to work and don't raise prices, it's a nice place.

Although the apartments are lovely clean and spacious, only a few have a balcony and there is no pool!!! The picture of the pool is 3.6km away and cost 3euro per child and 4.50 per adult.
