A truly disappointing experience. For me, it is one of the worst hotels one can stay at in Arrecife.
The service from the employees left a lot to be desired. In general, I encountered staff who were unfriendly, unpleasant, and had very little willingness to assist the customer. It gives the impression that many of them are not comfortable working there, and that is directly reflected in the treatment that guests receive.
Furthermore, the condition of the room was also not up to what is expected of a hotel of this category: I found broken room covers and maintenance details that I consider unacceptable.
If you stay on a high floor, furthermore, you can actually notice the movement of the building quite a bit, something that personally I found very unpleasant and uncomfortable.
I also do not like the impact that a building of these dimensions has on the surroundings and the coastal area of Arrecife; personally, I consider that it harms the landscape and the coastline of the city too much.
I do not recommend staying here. For the price and the category it claims to have, I expected much more, both in the treatment from the staff and in the condition and maintenance of the facilities.

We did have a great time overall, and the staff were excellent throughout our stay. Our room was cleaned every day, the breakfast was great and the food overall was okay. The pool area was also nice and we enjoyed spending time there.
However, there were a few issues that I feel need addressing. The hotel is quite far away from everything, which made getting around and booking excursions more difficult. There was no Jet2 representative available at the hotel during our stay, which made arranging excursions particularly difficult. The hotel reception did try to help, but the alternatives they offered were considerably more expensive.
There were also some maintenance and upkeep issues. We noticed cracked windows both in our room and around the sunbathing areas, and there were other areas of the hotel that could have been better maintained.
We were also charged a €6 room service fee which wasn't disclosed when ordering, and €12 for two Cokes, which we felt was very expensive.
Overall, we had a lovely holiday and the staff really were fantastic, but the hotel does need some refurbishment and better upkeep in certain areas. With some improvements, particularly to the maintenance and transparency around additional charges, this could be a much better experience.

The positive: Unobstructed view from the top of your bay window of the horizon, Reducto beach, and the city! The higher it is, the more impressive it is (we were on the 14th floor). Several elevators, including one glass one that allows you to enjoy the view day and night. Large, clean, and comfortable room! As for the buffet, a treat with everything you need! Well-decorated indoor pool (pool towels provided), cozy with a bar and access to the small terrace. Very friendly staff. Small SPA area for those who want to be pampered). Gym also available. Paid parking. Possibility of taking excursions via the hotel (the must-sees that I recommend: Jameos del Agua and Timanfaya Park). Goodies: tote bag, pen and its little notebook, little chocolates every day (but no shower cap).
Downsides: hotel beach polluted during our stay so swimming was prohibited. Check before leaving otherwise go to other beaches. No atmosphere at the hotel... music groups come to play in the evening but almost no one comes to see them. No announcements, no signage, no up-to-date calendar on the hotel website regarding the concerts. No real organized entertainment, it's a shame for the guests and a definite loss of revenue for the hotel.
