H10 Timanfaya Palace

**Home from another amazing stay, we can't wait to return We have just arrived home from another fantastic 10-day holiday at the H10 Timanfaya Palace. This was our second visit, and it definitely won't be our last. From the moment we walked through the doors, all our stress disappeared and we instantly felt relaxed. We arrived at around 12:30 pm and were given our wristbands straight away, which meant we could start enjoying our holiday immediately. We had a lovely lunch at the pool bar while waiting for our room, and it was the perfect start to our stay. We stayed on the Privilege package again and loved the flexibility of being able to dine at the Kasbah restaurant whenever we wanted. That said, the buffet was also excellent, with a great variety of fresh, delicious food every day, so there was always something to suit everyone. What really makes this hotel stand out is the staff. Every single member of the team is friendly, welcoming, hardworking, and always has a smile on their face. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they all work tirelessly to make sure guests have the best possible holiday. The hotel is spotless, the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, and it's the perfect place to unwind. Returning for a second visit felt like coming back to somewhere familiar, and we were made to feel so welcome throughout our stay. A huge thank you to everyone at H10 Timanfaya Palace for another unforgettable holiday. We are already looking forward to booking our third visit!

Had 11 nights at the Timanfaya and we really didn’t want to come home. We upgraded to Privilege when we checked in which gives you a lot of extras. You get an upgraded room with tea and coffee making facilities, a fully stocked mini bar, pillow menu (which for me made a huge difference to my holiday enjoyment) , room turndown in the evening which also included a small gift of chocolates every time, bathrobe and slippers, access to privilege customers only in parts of the grounds and access to the privilege lounge. The lounge is stocked with all kinds of drinks, pastries, nuts, crisps, fruit which are available all day. It is quite expensive but it is worth it. The hotel is very airy and calm, the staff on reception are amazing and really go out of their way to ensure your holiday is the best it can be. Everywhere is spotlessly clean, as was our room. Beds were extremely comfortable. The food is amazing, so much choice, even the pickiest would have been spoilt for choice. There is no noise, the only sound we heard was the sun Care advisor who visited every day to advise on your sun care . No loud music and I didn’t see any animation team at all. The hotel is located in Playa Blanca, Yaiza, and the Atlantic Ocean is just across the busy walkway which runs into Playa Blanca. There a number of supermarkets and restaurants along the way and some lovely beaches too. The waiting staff are lovely, most nights our choice of wine would be on our table waiting for us. There are a number of pools including a heated pool, gym, spa, massage, hairdressers and a coffee bar with the most amazing choice of coffees and the best blueberry muffins I have ever tasted. There is a great pool bar serving a really good selection of foods. We will definitely be going back again and for longer than 11 nights. Absolutely loved it there.

We are currently staying at this hotel and I have to say it is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The staff are all amazing, the cleaners, waiting/ bar staff and receptionists. It is so clean. The room we have (5th floor 518) is large. Overlooking the small pool and with a sea view. We are here all inclusive. The food is fabulous, a different theme each night. Can’t understand guests who don’t rate the food. So much choice. The all inclusive drinks choice includes lots of premium drinks that you would have to pay for in most other hotels. We go home tomorrow and for the first time ever, I’m not ready to say goodbye. Would definitely return here if we came back to Lanzarote !
