Keyless windowless and loveless ! The photos on the homepage are not correct and give the wrong impression. In addition, there are 5 apartments instead of 3 as described.Originally, it was only 1 apartment and the owner has radically exaggerated the expansion.Moreover, nothing seems to have been renovated since 2000. Only the locking system is obviously new and causes resentment among all guests and costs precious vacation time every time you want to get out or in. At first, the outer door didn't work at all, as it is warped and jammed. The interior door was a bit better, but the door opening via app. which you had to download cumbersomely, costs about 1 minute each time and can only be done via mobile phone. The result is that guests leave the doors open, which harms security. Unfortunately, the owner probably has no feedback from his guests on this supposed modernization, which backfired. People without mobile phones are also excluded ... The location is close to the large parking lot where the tourist buses and cars are parked to get to los Chicos. On a small hill to the left of the building the tourists roam all day and take photos, so privacy on the grounds is severely restricted. The pool is freezing cold and about 2.5x 1.5m in size....to cool off OK, but not suitable for moving. Again, the photos are just not right !!! How about here in the supposed ecolocation with photovoltaics to heat the water ? The TV only offers Spanish channels ! We wanted to watch an international football match - no way. The owner did not even reply to our mail asking for help.He was also not seen by any of the guests during the stay....he tries to give the impression he cares, but never showed up. The apartment has no view outside - you are walled up.The single beds ! are on castors that are not fixed.The bedside table is the smallest I have ever seen and has slopes forward so things roll forward ! The outdoor area is paved/concreted by dilettantes - without any meaningful gradient, so puddles are created everywhere as soon as it rains a little....old rusty hooks are stuck in the ground and become dangerous trip hazards. There are a lot of steps in the building - out/in- up and down, which is a bit annoying. What the facility is supposed to have to do with Cesar Manrique remains a mystery to us. He was ÄStand and not a bungler.... The kitchen is tiny crockery/cutlery is rare...3 coffee spoons e.g. Conclusion : more appearances than being and as long as much profit for the owner who is not there for his guests.

We found the Pension room dated. everything was broken even the fridge which had a terrible noise. A nice view on the terrace, but located by the road and considering the number of buses and tourists, it was rather noisy. We couldn t sleep because the bed was too sensitive: we woke up to each other s movement. if not the bathroom was large and correct. there were many emails and messages sent to regulate entry and exit.

We spent 3 nights in the apartment eufemia. The apartment is fine without being exceptional but all the comfort is there and the kitchen is very well equipped. However what we loved was the terrace in the immediate vicinity of the sea with an incredible view. The small pool with fresh water is nice when it is very hot. But highlight of the show, this natural pool in a cavity is splendid and super refreshing. The property owner is super accommodating even if we have not seen it during our stay.
