we were not in the best room the number 3 nor at the best time outside temperature at night 13 degrees and room was very poorly insulated,the radiator was on the second level,but there was none on the ground floor,we had to ask for extra heating,the missing staircase upstairs is at peak so dangerous,for people of a certain age;the room is quite cramped;if you sleep on the right of the bed you always have the risk of hitting your head on the stairs without for that being a giant,the second level is more comfortable,but it lacks a living room table,the sofa can convert into bed,but it is summary ,the closet is very high difficult to access for people of 1m60 positives well done cleaning,comfortable bedding,copious breakfast,competent receptionists,possibility of access to a coffee maker and kettle at any time in the room where is the reception,safe at no extra charge ,additional advice plan the car at the airport,renters do not come to the hotel,same for excursions with tour operators,they will not pick you up at the hotel

I have stayed a few days in summer 2025 and it is highly recommended. It is a charming accommodation, rural style and very well located in the heart of Lanzarote, ideal for those seeking tranquility, authenticity and connection with the local environment. A place that conveys peace, history and island character. Housed in an old traditional Canarian house, perfectly preserved, the Village of Mozaga offers a welcoming and authentic experience. Ideal for those who want to get away from mass tourism and discover the more genuine side of Lanzarote. Its traditional Canarian architecture with a lot of charm. It is a rural setting, perfect for resting. Its location is ideal for exploring both north and south. Close and personalized treatment by the staff. Highlight with a 10 the Gastronomy : own restaurant with island cuisine and great wines from EL GRIFO. Its decor is rustic elegant, with spacious and very comfortable rooms overlooking the hotel's volcanic gardens and outdoor spaces where you can relax. It is highly recommended for lovers of wine tourism, hiking, local culture and those who value silence and good taste.

We were lucky to stay at the Hotel Rural Caserío de Mozaga from July 23 to 29, 2025, together with another couple of friends, and we can only say THANK YOU for an unforgettable experience! We would like to make special mention of Pedro (the Director) and the entire team of the hotel, for the very close, friendly and professional treatment they provided us from the very beginning. They made us feel at home. The hotel itself is a real gem: a typical 18th century Canarian village, full of history and charm, which is perfectly preserved and adapted to offer comfort and tranquility. It is the ideal place to rest and disconnect, in a unique environment. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and cozy, and we want to highlight especially the cleanliness, which deserves a 10. In addition, as Pedro told us, a major renovation is planned that will undoubtedly further improve the facilities, respecting the essence of the place and accentuating the unique character of this special establishment.
