Club Las Vistas

3rd time visiting Las Vistas, very popular apartment, and very difficult to get a room at times. Check-in was easy quick and efficient, room 235 middle floor was given. Having a shared walkway/stairs but still offers some privacy. Initial thoughts were mixed room appeared clean but a closer inspection, the room looked tired, no bags for the bins and only white sheets for bed covers. Alarm bells were raised at this, so a quick visit to reception, very apologetic and top covers were supplied. Because there were a few signs of it not being very clean or appearing to us as not up to there usual standards and reception now closed, we visited the local spar, bought some cleaning products and gave it a throughly good clean. Apt has usual basic kitchen appliances but we were spoilt on our last visit in a private apt on the top floor WiFi provided and was adequate for what we want it for. Location is amazing close to the local Hipodiner supermarket, Spar just at the rear or front of the Apts depending on how you look at it and a Lidl just round the corner. The main biosphere is just across the road. Plenty of parking just outside the Apts and also on some spare ground just across the road. The old town is a very short walk away as is the main promenade. Overall another great visit to the Apts and Lanzarote but we will endeavour to get a top floor apt and if possible a private one

2nd stay in the Viviendas Las Vistas, this time we booked a private apartment Sunset View. Set on the top floor, offering amazing views over PDC . Apartment was well equipped offering a selection of tea coffee milk bottled water to get you started when you arrive. Check in was easy with all instructions sent to you and the key was in a locked box at the door of the apt. Make sure you get dropped off on the main road as access is via this, but if you get dropped off at the main entrance to the apartments, then it’s a simple walk around. Apt was spotless though sofa could do with a tidy up, washing machine cooker microwave etc Location spot on just up from the biosphere, spar across the road, Lidl just up the road and massive hipodino just down from the apt towards the beach. Ample parking outside the apt and across the road on some spare ground Definitely go back if available If available would definitely go back

Arrived late on Wednesday night, email sent how to access key which was a box outside the grounds. We had an upstairs apartment which had amazing seaviews. The apartment was basic but very clean had everything we needed, also had a full size fridge and washing machine. Beds very comfortable, only had a fan so gets very hot in the summer months. Couple of minutes to the shopping centre in old town and 10 mins to the new town. The pool area was lovely and quiet and very clean. Would I return definitely . Most of this complex is privately owned so well looked after. Also had a small pool bar which looked very nice and reasonably priced
