Location was absolutely brilliant 1min walk to shopping centre 5min walk to beech.Rooms were excellent and cleaned everyday.Staff were extremely helpful with everything

Close to pubs/supermarkets/shops/mini golf/cinema. The strip (seafront) was only 5/10 minute walk. The old town was 10/15 minute walk the other way. A little hilly. The complex was quiet day/night. A bit of sun lounger hogging but that goes on in every complex. The swimming pool liner could do with updating but the area was kept clean daily. The bar at the pool did delicious rolls, toasties, burgers etc at reasonable prices open from 10am to 6pm the staff there were lovely. The apartment/bathroom is a little dated could do with a some TLC but all was clean. There is an air-conditioning unit in main room but none in the bedroom but you can lock the shutter from in side the bedroom and open your window wide. Fresh towels, fresh linen, liquid soap dispenser at bathroom sink, hair and body wash dispenser in shower and a hairdryer on wall in bathroom. Plenty of storage space for your belongings in the bedroom and also safe. Pool towels can be hired from reception. Staff were very nice and helpful in all areas. Thank you for a lovely stay. If in Playa del Carmen in the future it would be somewhere I'd stay again.

Myself and husband always come to lanzarote. First time I have stayed here 2nd for him. Great location. Friendly and welcome staff. Betty at reception was great . Our safe was closed was only issue which we asked to sort but didnt. Otherwise great. Room 109 great poolside location. Would definitely book again!
