Visited July 2026 Good location apartments, yes they are the top of a hill. This was no problem for us. Apartments - good size, comfy beds, kitchen area / fridges. Complex - pool bar area, food was ok, nothing fancy, just poolside snacks. Just don’t expect a sunbed after 8am, all filled with towels on, quite annoying as some were empty all day with towels. Overall we had a good stay, I do feel a little more attention to cleaning could be done, the bathroom was a bit dirty in the corners.

Lovely clean and spacious apartments in a quite area of Puerto de Carmen. Really lovely friendly helpful staff, ideal for families. There is a Lidl nearby which is ideal for self catering, please note that there is a very steep hill down to the seafront. There are, I would say, about 40 apartments, the only downside is that the pool area is not really big enough for everyone, not enough sunbeds and certainly not enough parasols - only 8 umbrellas available! It is so hot in July and August that you really do need an umbrella for at least part of the day. If you wanted to bag an umbrella and sunbeds you had to get up very early to put your towels down and stake a claim! Despite signage which said towels would be removed if you did not use the bed for 15 minutes, this never happened and it was annoying that sun beds with towels on were not used for most of the day. If you do need an umbrella then these apartments are not for you. We did have a lovely time Lanzarote, the resort of Puerto de Carmen is lovely and I would go back again.

Brilliant holiday, beautiful apartment, great friendly staff. We had a great holiday here.Will definitely stay here again if we can.
