⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an absolutely incredible holiday. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was flawless. We’ve stayed in some fantastic hotels over the years, but this one has genuinely set the benchmark for what an all-inclusive holiday should be. Check-in was one of the best we’ve ever experienced. We were greeted with welcome drinks and invited to sit down and relax while everything was taken care of for us. It was such a lovely touch after travelling and immediately made us feel like valued guests. The food deserves a special mention. I know people often lower their expectations when they hear the word “buffet”, but this was on another level. Every single meal was exceptional. The choice, quality, freshness and presentation were outstanding, and we genuinely couldn’t fault a thing. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all consistently 10/10. The staff were simply exceptional. Every member of the team we encountered was warm, friendly and genuinely seemed to enjoy looking after guests. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the service throughout our stay was second to none. Our room was spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. Housekeeping did an amazing job every day, and the evening turndown service was a lovely extra touch that made the stay feel even more luxurious. One of the biggest highlights was the sunbeds. There were no ridiculous 6 a.m. alarm clocks, no towel wars and no stress trying to find somewhere to relax. Even at the end of June, we never struggled to get a bed. In fact, on several days there were still plenty to choose from well into lunchtime. As the hotel became a little busier towards the end of our holiday, it was naturally a bit fuller, but we still had no problem finding sunbeds. Other hotels could learn a lot from how this one manages its pool areas. The location was perfect too, with beautiful walks in either direction from the hotel, making it easy to explore while still enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The drinks selection was another huge highlight. Unlike many all-inclusive resorts, premium branded drinks were included. Hendrick’s Gin, bottled Coca-Cola and other premium spirits were all available, making the all-inclusive package feel genuinely premium rather than full of cheaper alternatives. It’s rare that I struggle to find anything to criticise, but honestly, I can’t. Every part of our stay exceeded expectations. A huge thank you to every member of staff for making our holiday so memorable. We left feeling relaxed, looked after and already talking about when we can come back. We wouldn’t hesitate to return in a heartbeat.

Stayed in a star prestige side view room with fantastic views the room itself was just the right size and consisted of a double rain shower with a conventional shower all in the one cubicle a double sink unit with a hairdryer plus amenities including bathrobes plus a separate toilet Overall the wardrobe storage was more than adequate with a built in safe plus a iron both of which are free of charge as was the mini bar which contained beer pop orange juice and replenished every day you also have tea and coffee making facilities,water are readily available from machines next to the lifts. The breakfast was exceptional the restaurant was so relaxing and laid back what a way to start your day the food in the evening was again amazing the food is cooked in front of you to your liking The pool area was never too crowded so sunbeds were always available at any time of day and the Plus points were the pool and whirlpool During the day the poolside bar offers snacks and drinks in the evening it is where the entertainment takes place which we enjoyed every night. You can use the star prestige lounge at any time for drinks and snacks . The staff in all areas are very friendly so a big thank you to everyone. We would certainly return .

We enjoyed our stay here last week with my wife and 13 and 16 year old daughters. The food was good with lots of options. We all have different eating requirements including vegan, gluten and dairy free. The labelling was good and the choice was plentiful. The food I would rate at 5 star. I would also rate the entertainment and activities as five star. Alex, Exan and the rest of the team were brilliant- lots of fun and full of energy and enthusiasm. They really made the stay for us - they were super friendly and engaging. The room I would rate as 3 star. It was very small- no room for suitcases with paint peeling off the wall in places. The soft beds we specifically asked for were not ready for us upon arrival. I would however praise Diego, the manager, for his efforts in sorting us out with better beds and pillows that actually support your head. He was very kind and effective at helping us out. Overall it was a great experience which I would recommend to others. Just be aware that the rooms are not the best but other than that it was great.
