La Florida

This is our 6th time staying at la florida 314 and once again we have had a fabulous time the apartment has has lots of updating even tho it was fine before, the location is fabulous short walk to the harber 5 mins, aldi 15 min walk to the strip with lots of bars and restaurants. Robby is a fantastic host with great and clear communication nothing is too much trouble. Thanks Robby always a pleasure Regards Angela and Kenny merseysidex

Well avoid room 303 it was disgusting u sold a Lie pictures nic puts up selling u a dream are not what u get It's filthy ,dated rusted appliances unclean and greasy Rusty furniture We had to clean begore we eaten off table I was with family and we would never stay there again everything u touched greasy. No storage for food as other ppl let there opened food in cupboard really bin it . Not the best view out the door that's when u can get in It's once was a hotel chain sold off to private buyers now . Neglected bars or eating areas closed on site .Pool clean but freezing Pool longers filthy Pool showers rubbish In a lovely area bit to high up for me very hilly not suitable if walking difficulties

Bed solid,curtains too light in bedroom,dirty rusty microwave,unclean toaster,utensils needed cleaning,air fryer full of fat,(mouldy) Shower caddy rusty,grab rail rusty,grouting needs clean,stains on mattress protector,no proper storage for food,fridge needs doir shelves fixing,patio furniture all needs replacing, rust tied together,dirty.
