Our stay began with a quick and incident-free check-in. The rooms and hotel facilities are well maintained and comfortable. However, we found the dinner buffet lacking in variety and of acceptable quality, but it could be improved. For this reason, we decided to change from half board to accommodation and breakfast, as the latter did seem satisfactory to us.
As a negative aspect, we requested towels for the pool and, after using them, we left them drying on the terrace. The next morning we put up the "Do Not Disturb" sign, but still the cleaning staff entered the room while we were having breakfast and took the towels away. When we went to the reception to retrieve them, we were informed that we had to pay a deposit, something that was not communicated to us when we requested them the day before.
And finally, we wanted to congratulate Pepe, the worker at the pool bar. Who has taken great care of us during our stay and has always had a positive attitude. A 10/10 for their service.
