I came with my partner and two daughters (M53, F49, F26 & F19). We arrived late due to a delay at Gatwick and before we checked in we were advised to go to the restaurant to get some food before it closed. Once eaten we went back to check-in which was done very quickly. I had booked two rooms and after reading the reviews that there were no lifts I emailed the hotel beforehand to ask if one of the rooms could be on the ground floor due to my daughter having mobility issues. I received a reply saying that they would try their best but could not guarantee. However, when we arrived we were given two ground floor rooms next to each other, so was extremely grateful for that.
Room: A nice big apartment with living area, kitchenette, dining area, separate bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower and a big balcony. Cleaners come in every day apart from Friday & Saturday. Air con is very powerful in the bedroom, but couldn’t really feel it in the living area. My daughter was unwell throughout the week, so was grateful for the English tv channels.
Restaurant: Nice size restaurant which was never overly busy. Always lots of options at each meal time. My fussy eating daughter always found something to eat. Each night has a theme. Lunch maybe themed too, but not sure. From 10:30am you can order snacks from the restaurant, which was burgers, hotdogs, chips, nuggets, sandwiches etc. This service finishes 30 minutes before lunch and restarts 30 minutes after lunch up until 6:30pm. The burger was lovely.
Pool: The main pool is a nice size with walk-in steps, which made getting in easier. There is also a very shallow pool with some lounger beds in. That was nice to have a paddle without getting in completely. We were always able to get sun beds each day. As we wanted four together I put our towels down on the way to breakfast at about 9am, but there was always sun beds stacked up to get throughout the day.
Bars: The pool bar opens at 10:30am serving all drinks and ice creams. Staff were always friendly and courteous.
The evening bar is where the entertainment happens. It was busy but you never had to wait long for drinks, the staff always work really hard.
We never used the paid bar by reception so cannot comment.
Entertainment: The girls work really hard trying to get people involved in the games. The week we were there, one of the team left unexpectedly just as we arrived, so that left just two of them working day and night. Their speaker that they use went missing also, so I think they had a very challenging week when we were there but carried on regardless. They did have a speaker by the time we left though. We aren’t ones to get involved in the games but appreciated what they did.
Grounds: The hotel is lovely and clean. Near reception is a garden area with lots of quiet spots to sit. There is also a hot tub there, we didn’t use it, but did see others use it. There was always staff cleaning all areas or watering the very many plants.
Location: A great location with shops and bars at the end of the road. From there turn left cross over the road and go through the shopping area you come to the beach and promenade. A walk along the promenade will take you past lots more shops and bars.
The week we were there, we had a couple of days where it was overcast and the wind was quite strong. It got to the point where I was too cold to sit out by the pool. It would have been nice to have an indoor bar area to go sit in that was not the restaurant, but that was the only negative I could find about the hotel.

Just back from a 3 night break with my adult daughter. Stayed here last summer & love the location so thought would give it another go. Large apartment style room, clean, no problems apart from no lift so if on top floor it’s a bit of a hike with suitcases! On booking I made a note it was my daughter’s birthday while we were away & they very kindly left a bottle of fizz in our room.
Unfortunately we found the food to be not great, not a massive choice and some dishes just lukewarm. Breakfast was the best meal & I enjoyed the eggs and the pancakes.
The pool area is nice, no problem getting a sun bed even in high season. Entertainment team worked hard, but when we just wanted to relax, found it a bit annoying being asked to join in with activities!! Didn’t really stay at the hotel during the evening so can’t comment on the evening entertainment.
Lovely location, near to the beach & a nice walk along to the shops & bars.
Not sure if I’d return, would depend on price. A big plus is that it’s adults only. The staff could have been a bit more friendly, no smiles when taking plates away in the restaurant, also when we checked out we didn’t even get asked if we’d had a good stay! The man just took the keycards! The only time we saw the rep was as we were getting on the bus to go back to the airport!
Good for a cheap getaway & a nice location.

A lovely little Gem for the star rating.
We booked this resort only a month before going to have a family break together that was needed by us all and having read mixed reviews beforehand I decided to go with no expectations and, as always, make up my own mind and I really couldn’t fault it for a 3 plus star.
We stayed in the non-premium side and it had on offer all we needed to cater for the mixed ages in our group. The entertainment team worked extremely hard too (Julia and Africa in our week) with the activities on offer each day, with no pressure to join in if you didn’t want to and my thanks go out to them both.
Our room was spacious and clean and we were aware prior to going didn’t offer toiletries within the all inclusive package but there was 2 little tablets of soap in the bathroom upon arrival. I personally wouldn’t have expected toiletries to be on offer in a 3 star resort.
The resort staff, including the TUI Rep, Richard, and the catering staff were friendly and all worked extremely hard to ensure we had an enjoyable holiday and were appreciative of our thanks and praise for what they did, when thanked (with a thumbs up and smile at times in the restaurant if they didn’t understand English).
The food was not the same each day as some have put in their reviews during our visit. Yes there was always hot choices, cold choices/salad and desserts on offer each day, but they were changed to reflect the cuisine being served at that mealtime and breakfasts had a proper sausage served as opposed to the frankfurters found in some all inclusive resorts, along with eggs served in various ways. I personally could not fault the food and I agree the desserts were delicious.
The pool was lovely and the surrounding pool area was kept clean each day with a good supply of sun beds. Maybe on change over days the beds were more in demand and possibly could have given a shortage for a short time for some.
I would visit this resort again.
