Tisalaya

Left with nowhere to stay arrived at 8pm and reception was closed what’s app’ed the number on the window as recieved no instructions called 25 times between 8pm and 10.30 no reply or anything was left homeless so had to go off and try get a room for the night had paid in full for 2 nights next day received a call With lies saying they had sent check-in details Never recieved and I had booked my 2nd night elsewhere as they took until 10.30am to even reply please book else where as Holiday runined by this place and yad to pat twice for accommodation as stull trying to gwt anyomet paid back so bad be cateful if you think about booking here ☹️

Just spent three weeks at the Tisalaya apartments and had a wonderful holiday. We have stayed there many times and really would not stay anywhere else. Juan, Veronica and the team are just so lovely, nothing is too much trouble. They are so friendly and helpful and the place gives off a really happy vibe. The apartments are spacious with all you need for a self catering holiday, hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment. Laundry costs €5 euros a load and steam irons can be obtained from reception so travelling light is a viable option. The pool area is spacious , a real suntrap with more than enough sunbeds for everyone, no need to get up early for the towel run. The complex is small and more like a little village where everyone gets to know each other. We booked 3 holidays this year at Tisalaya and will be doing the same for 2027. I have stayed at many places in Puerto del Carmen but Tisalaya is our home from home.

What a fantastic week we had. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very large, clean apartment. Toiletries in bathroom and welcome tray and water on arrival. We were early but our room was ready. Quiet location but 5 minute walk from strip. We had a lovely week 😀
