Fayna

We had a wonderful stay at Fayna Apartments. We booked 2 apartments one upper and one lower. Both were fantastic. The upper one had lovely view over the pool and had been refurbished a year ago. The lower one had been refurbished this year and was next to pool so ideal for nipping in and out at poolside. Both apartments were spotlessly clean and contained everything you needed during your stay including washing up liquid, clothes and tea towels. Bathrooms were nicely tiled and both apartments were nice roomy and airy with air conditioning in the lounge area. The bar at the pool was good as were the drinks quality and prices. The gentleman who served us was so friendly and happy to make cocktails to our liking! We were really close to the strip and as 4 ladies travelling on our own most importantly we felt very safe with the keys we were given and the outside door closed at night times and a further door entry to the apartments. We were greeted by Juan on arrival and I would like to thank him personally for everything. He was extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay. We are pleased to say we have booked again for next year. Can’t wait to return!

Arrived around 7pm and a lovely girl on reception took my payment, gave me my keys, the wifi password and the code for the door when reception was closed at night. Reception is open until 2100 I’d booked a 1 bedroom deluxe apartment and had asked for the 1st floor and that’s exactly what I got The apartment was a lovely size, air conditioning unit in the lounge area, decent sized tv with uk channels, bedroom with twin beds and plenty storage and a bathroom with a walk in power shower with 2 heads. Shower was lovely and powerful but it did take a while for the hot water to come through. It was the same at the kitchen tap. You get a cloth, a scouter, dish towel and washing up liquid which was great I really enjoyed my 5 night stay. Pool bar was reasonably priced for a glass of wine €3.80 (€2.80 in happy hour) There were always sunbeds available round the decent sized pool Complex was a very short walk to the strip but was quiet at night I would definitely recommend and will book again if they have availability when I next go back to PDC

Fayna is simply the best place to stay in my opinion in all of Puerto Del Carmen . Its Location , facilities , friendlyness and comfort makes this a special place .New decorating has made sure the building continues to look great and cleaning is top notch. Rooms are of a high standard with good wifi and the pool is perfect with alot of sunbeds , while mornings can be busy for the very best locations you will always get some and by lunch usually the place has loads . Pool bar with snacks and a handy happy hour makes this place a bit unique for a smaller complex , can totally recommend and will always be our first choice on the island. Very reasonable price for what you get .
