Arrived during a calima extremely hot and humid.checked into apartment omg the heat was un bearable.air con unit was not working properly.we put up with it for 5 days at this point it was ruining our holiday no sleep as room was stifling so reported to reception.maintanance man apparently told desk it needed a new part.we were told it was ordered no idea when it would arrive.no offer of room change hotel was not full.no offer of a fan attitude basically was suck it up.i got really angry with this attitude so requested a fan which was provided.useless just blew hot air around room.so i emailed company i booked room through at 9pm. 9.30am next morning reception knocked to ask us to allow men in to put in whole new air con unit!!!! We were still in bed was asked to let men in said no you can see were both not washed or dressed was told they will give us 15 minutes as men may not do it otherwise!!! Terrible way to be treated. We vacated the room and went out for 2 hours with no idea where to go until we could return. Returned air con sorted.heaven. Why was i fobbed off at reception to begin with when all along a new air con unit was available!!! Room cleaning very poor cleaner did not change beds was asked by reception to strip beds and she would give us clean sheets!! Bins not emptied were given bags to change them ourselves!! And cleaner never cleaned the room for 3 days saturday sunday and monday..we were always out of the room by 12pm every day cleaners work till 4pm so no need for room to not get cleaned.also had to get toilet rolls off reception. Not the service i was expecting at all. I would not stay here again given the issues we encountered.

Good stay overall, but a few things to note. There is no air conditioning in the actual bedroom, only in the living room area, so the bedrooms can be quite small and very hot. You also have to pay to use the safe in the bedroom. Some of the bedrooms don’t have an outside-facing window, so I would definitely recommend requesting a sea-view room and confirming that the bedroom itself has an outside window. Having said all of that, you do need to remember that this is not a 5-star resort. The whole place was absolutely spotless, the staff were so lovely and friendly, and the breakfast was always fresh and delicious. It’s adults-only, which meant the pool area was always lovely and quiet. The location is excellent — right beside a beautiful little cove where you can swim, very close to supermarkets, and just a lovely short coastal walk into the main square. We really enjoyed heading into the square in the evenings and then walking back to the quieter area where the apartments are. Overall, excellent location, excellent staff and a lovely stay. The rooms could definitely do with some renovations and better air conditioning, but we really enjoyed our time here.

Very piecefull place. Always had a space by the pool. Just next to the beach. Great view! Clean and well maintained
