VIK Hotel San Antonio

Fabulous hotel . Does what it says on the tin. Only draw back was we had to move rooms on the 2nd day as there was smokers below us and it stank. New room was fantastic location and no more issues. So close to the sea almost in it.

Location five star Atmosphere very dated and tired Rooms very clean but tired Value it’s a bit antiquated regarding not supplying tea coffee making facilities it’s a standard provision these days plus the hotel is supposed to be four star rating Cleanliness in the hotel very good Service when enquired about something when dining was ignored And sometimes quite rude especially from senior restaurant staff the younger restaurant staff were amazing and polite Food was basic and repetitive no wow factor We were half board and food was definitely not four star quality Amenities were poor no tea making facilities in bedroom We like to use the gym everyday it was dirty rickety noisy bike , paintwork peeling off the walls The pool changing room and shower was dirty smells stale And a few cockroaches for company The toilets next to poolside was really bad and neglected Not very fitting for a four star establishment

Hotel needs serious updating throughout. Old and forgotten in many parts. Rooms not very clean and the bathrooms especially need attention. Location wise it’s fine, no complaints there close to everything you need. Breakfast was a buffet style and was okay, albeit cold. Rooms visibly dated. Atmosphere of the place was fairly quiet, although it seems the hotel caters to those of a certain age which is fine, but if you’re looking for a more lively atmosphere look elsewhere. For what we paid it was just okay, would recommend other options in the area.
