THB Tropical Island

Atrocious. Ruined vacation. Rooms dirty and in poor condition, noisy whether it is night or day. Sofa bed as comfortable as a piece of wood, it was noted as freshly renovated but I had to have the shower head changed, lock that stayed in my hand. Housekeepers who do not close doors behind them, food with little choice and always the same, A/C almost absent during meals, I travel every year and I had never experienced this. And so on, because Ovoyage, the service provider, is not necessarily any better. I couldn't wait to get home.

It was such a lovely experience with the evening entertainment, excursions, swimming pools, classes and so much more. We travel a lot but this was special. One of us has allergies and the chef made him special food every day.

Location quite good, rooms were nice, plenty space, although bed sofa wasn’t that comfortable fine for a small child but mattress quite thin for a teenager, also our air con wasn’t working for a few days but when I told reception they seemed to be aware there was a few issues and came out same day fixed it and as gift towards it not working gave us a bottle of Prosecco and three free drinks of our choice and three free meals which was very nice, cleanliness was very good and cleaners came in every day , swimming pools good , adult pool very clean and relaxing, overall hotel good for family’s
