PARADOR

We were treated poorly at reception just upon arrival...they gave us a room for which we had to climb 21 steps without an elevator (I suffer from an illness that prevents me from doing so repeatedly)...They did not give us any option, so we considered filing a complaint form and writing to Paradores central to lodge a formal complaint...only then and after the shift change did a girl who was at reception in the afternoon solve it for us. I must say that each and every one of the guys at the restaurant/cafeteria/breakfast are exceptional Otherwise they leave much to be desired, bordering on impertinence

We were enjoying an afternoon on the terrace of the parador with a wonderful Irish coffee and an Affogato, which we hadn't tried before.... The quality of the drinks, excellent; the setting, incomparable....But the best part was the attention from Moisés, who was so kind, attentive, and professional that he made us return every afternoon we were in the Aran Valley to enjoy that unique moment. We hope to be able to return soon to repeat those wonderful moments.

Really very good, the staff is very professional and friendly, the restaurant is top-notch, very good meat in particular, super breakfast with a wide selection of fresh fruits, the only small downside is the lack of air conditioning, but it is true that heatwaves are rare at this altitude.
