We had a marvelous 4-night stay in March. The hotel's proximity to the lifts couldn’t be more convenient. From the moment we booked, the staff provided exceptional service, with excellent communication before our arrival and throughout our stay. We used the recommended ski rental company, which made the experience effortless—they delivered our skis and boots directly to our locker and picked them up when we were done. Every aspect of our stay was seamless. The morning breakfast was delightful, with a well-laid-out buffet and delicious à la carte options. We also enjoyed dinner on several nights, appreciating the variety of restaurants available. Sitting on the deck for après-ski, enjoying marshmallow s’mores, was a perfect touch. A highlight of our trip was a fantastic massage with Noellia. Additionally, the concierge, Daniela, was incredibly helpful with restaurant recommendations. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable and memorable stay—we can’t wait to return!

A disgrace the treatment and poor organization towards the client in a luxury hotel in Baqueira 1000560185 Total disaster. When booking for the last weekend of March 2025 they do not advise that the hotel closes the season precisely on Sunday the 30th. Very poor care from two front desk staff, no empathy or flexibility whatsoever. The very polite restaurant attendant talks about you to 60-year-olds, discussing in bad ways the request made for the dishes at dinner, when she was wrong to write it down. At the check out on Sunday at 9 am they say by surprise that the hotel closes at 15:00, (probably the best day of weather and snow of the season in Baqueira) and you have to collect the luggage and return the card of the ski storage before that time, because then there will be no one. Very good instead for the employee named Mikel, who tried to help in any way he could, understanding the Kafkaesque situation that occurred and the managers of the spa and kids club, very friendly and attentive.
