It's a hotel I've been going to for several years on Christmas and I know where I was going. The disappointment is that they no longer make dinners (previously I took half board) and they have put a mini menu (see the photo) which seems to me a nonsense, because apart from little what they offer is precooked or frozen and the quality price is not equitable. At 20:00 I ordered a simple ham and cheese sandwich and it turns out that I can not do it because I have not warned / booked in advance. They don't do MP anymore but they've put up a night menu that I find out about the night before I leave (information received was scarce). To give this service they better put vending machines. Before I come back, I'll consider other options.

This hotel has a very pleasant, quiet atmosphere. The quality of the room was appropriate for the price. The breakfast buffet was very good. The restaurant is also quite good, but only has a small menu. The reception was very friendly. You can park right next to the hotel. There is also a swimming pool. The distance to the center stated on Booking.com is incorrect! However, I would not recommend the hotel to people who have problems with dogs, as the hotel is extremely dog-friendly and dogs are even tolerated in the pool area.

I have been working at this hotel for a long time (I stayed for five months in 2007) and the experience was unforgettable. I had a very polite boss and unique colleagues, but the best of all were the clients, who made me feel at home. My experience working there is unrepeatable. Since then, I like the high mountain environment. I hope I can return one day, but as a customer, because the treatment given to guests is unbeatable, and they usually appreciate it well.
