"Pet friendly" false. I made a reservation and, upon calling to inform them that I would be traveling with my pet, they told me that I cannot stay because it weighs more than 12 kg, even though it is a medium-sized dog, and that I have to cancel the reservation. If that limitation exists, you cannot advertise yourselves as a pet-friendly hotel. It is a real shame that this condition does not appear clearly and visibly on your website or on Google. It turns out that the restriction is hidden in legal terms in English that practically no one reads; I only found out because I called to notify them and because they mentioned it to me. Had I not called, I would have arrived at the hotel with my pet and found that they would not let me stay. You really should specify all the conditions correctly to avoid these types of situations and wasting customers' time.

Two star hotel, better than many three stars. Spacious, well-kept rooms. Clean. In the town but not in the mess. With a rarely used pool and garden, so you can take a bath alone. Excellent breakfast, with good products. Parking without problem. Perfect We added activities (canyoning and rafting) and it couldn't be better.

Overall, it is crazily overpriced for what you get. No AC. No fridge. Horrible beds with old mattresses which don't hold your body. Not to mention that we got separate beds for our wedding anniversary.. The window was at the level of some huge balcony with stairs to the ground so we didn't feel safe to sleep with an open window (and hey, there was no AC on August..). The breakfast was ultra simple with donuts from Mercadona and slices of cheese thinner than paper. They also said that they didn't provide hot food, so no omlet :( There were someones hair on the bathroom's wall which obviously didn't make us happy.. Were surprised to see soap in a huge container and no tiny shampoo etc, especially at the covid times and enhanced cleaning standards... The territory of the pool is pretty, big pool, comfy tumbones. The guy at the reception and the ladies at the canteen were nice. And the Clara we tried was actually the best we tried in a while. The hotel also offers rafting, we do not recommend it, better go for the one in Llavorsi.
