- rude staff, don't answer phones and no one at reception - misleading advertisement on rooms, it is random which room you get, and they word their advertisement so they can blame customers for it. They simply care about maximising bookings and offer no refunds even when you cancel the booking die to misleading advertisement. - photos are nothing like what rooms are, and they only display their best rooms on the front page.

The truth is that you book a room and when you arrive it is another room totally different from the one you put in the photo. I think it's a real scam sincerely...

We stayed 1 night and it was a memorable stay, we were in the sueet the room had a window on the roof where we had stunning views. The very friendly and friendly reception girl. I recommend it 100%
