Nastasi Hotel & SPA

First, a foul odor outside, and therefore inside as well. Family room with a hot tub in poor condition, the electrical outlets, hmm, hmm... the outdoor pool is okay, even if the swan-neck fountains don't work.... Restaurant closed 🙄. This morning, we were woken up before 8 a.m. because they are doing construction work with a jackhammer next to the room! And finally, breakfast with no refrigerated items (cold cuts, yogurt, cheese.... 🤨), melted butter... avoid at all costs!!!

Hello, it is a pleasure to write a review because the hotel and the treatment from the staff is incredible; everyone at the front desk and the breakfast waiters are super friendly. Besides, the room is very comfortable. I traveled with two friends and we were super comfortable; any question we had was resolved by the staff. We were delighted; I totally recommend it. 😍

The hotel is not bad, but... the hotel restaurant (adjacent building) was closed for renovations, as we were informed at reception, so the hotel did not serve lunch (only breakfast and dinner). In fact, no one was working in the dining room; it rather gave a sense of abandonment. I believe this fact should be communicated at the time of making the reservation.
