We stayed four nights at Siente Boí & Spa and the experience was okay, although we believe that the price and the 4-star rating are somewhat higher than what it actually offers. The best thing is the location. Pla de l’Ermita, although it is a \"resort\" that has seen better days, seemed like a great base for us to get to know the Vall de Boí, especially with children: it is flat, comfortable, and has quite a bit of atmosphere, with a kids' club, inflatables, and entertainment, although these services are spread out among different hotels in the complex (mainly at the Hotel Románic). The apartment was functional for a family of four, with a separate bedroom, living room with sofa beds, small kitchen, and bathroom. It was clean, but the furniture, beds, and bathroom are simple and somewhat outdated for a 4-star hotel. We paid about €250 per night with breakfast and the value for money seemed improvable to us. The breakfast is decent and sufficient, although without made-to-order cooking or too many extras. The staff was friendly and the cleanliness sufficient. The outdoor pool is pleasant on sunny days, with beautiful mountain views, and our children really liked the small children's corner in the lounge with toys and board games. The weakest point was the bar and restaurant service: there is no cafeteria as such, the offer is limited, and you cannot order something simple like a sandwich or a salad outside of the dinner menu. The spa is also paid for separately depending on the rate. As a tip, we recommend comparing prices on BuscoUnChollo.com before booking, because we saw offers quite a bit cheaper than ours with spa included. In summary, it is probably one of the best accommodations in Pla de l’Ermita and we would choose the area again, but we would try to find a better rate because the general level did not seem consistent with a 4-star hotel at that price.

Very beautiful place with good views, friendly and attentive people. Great buffet breakfast, decent spa, and no crowds. Clean and pretty pool with views as well. Noteworthy are the receptionists David and the young girl from the afternoons. Near Aigüestortes National Park, it required visiting its many routes and places. I was very comfortable in general.

I was excited to visit the UNESCO-listed Romanesque churches around Boí Valley, so I had high hopes for this hotel. Sadly, the stay was a major disappointment. The check-in process was quick and efficient, which was appreciated after a long drive. Unfortunately, everything after that went downhill. The breakfast experience was chaotic. It genuinely looked like a hurricane had passed through the dining room. Many buffet items were empty, tables were dirty, and the whole area felt neglected. To make matters worse, there was dust blowing from the air-conditioning exhaust directly above the coffee machine. Staff cleaned only a few tables while playing music from their phones, which felt very unprofessional. I asked whether they had Iberico ham, considering this is Spain, but instead they simply brought out another tray of bacon. The entire hallway smelled strongly of chlorine from the spa and pool area. Our room was extremely hot, and the air conditioning did not work during the stay. We had to sleep with the window open just to make the room bearable, but that obviously would not work during bad weather. Dinner was decent enough, but the wine selection was disappointing and tasted like inexpensive supermarket wine. In a country with such fantastic wine culture, this felt like a missed opportunity. Overall, the hotel did not meet expectations at all, and I would not stay here again.
