Romanic Hotel

Very disappointed. We chose this accommodation to rest in the middle of the mountains and we encountered music, a microphone, and entertainment at a very high volume every night, approximately from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM. We understand that there are activities, but we believe they are not compatible with a destination where many of us are looking for tranquility. Furthermore, at no point is this mentioned when making the reservation. After two nights like that, it is clear to us that we will not return. If you are looking for silence and rest, this is not your hotel.

I do not recommend it! Everything is set up so you cannot rest because of their beds and pillows! You charged me an extra cleaning fee for smoke when the room was not thoroughly cleaned during the 3 days, nor were the necessary items properly restocked. I think this would improve if the current management were changed. It has been declining since then, and many people agree on this... Besides, you cannot be a 3-star hotel and have such neglected rooms... Nice area but currently a bad place to go to rest.

Not to come back. Old hotel, with broken furniture and especially rooms without good soundproofing you hear all the noise of the corridor, dogs barking in the rooms, although the owners are warned not to leave them alone. The noise of the bar in the same hotel does not let sleep and closes at two o’clock on Fridays and Saturdays, but some customers continue the party until after three o’clock. We complained to reception and were told that they couldn’t do anything, that the customers sitting on the terrace of the bar didn’t want to leave, yet they didn’t even call the police to kick them out. Rest is important and the responsibility of the hotel with its bar as well. The hotel car park and the advertised spa is 300 m away and the restaurant for breakfast and dinner is 200 m away and with a hellish noise that does not leave you calm either in the pool or in the dining room.
