ACEVI VAL D ARAN

I have been staying here for almost a week. Good, quiet hotel, superbly located for everywhere. Good and clean rooms. We didn't use the spa. Nice staff. Overall very good.

We were making a trip family and friends, with various destinations, and the day we were going to stay in this hotel, we had a problem in the car and we could not leave Andorra nor continue the journey! We contacted the hotel to alert the incident, which asked us for evidence of the failure and we sent video. They said they'd talk direction and they'd say something about charges. They answered nothing more by charging the whole (eat small meals!!) in the propriodia!. We know you have that right, but it is a regrettable attitude, of clearly taking advantage of the luck of others! Lamentavel!

This establishment took advantage of the misfortune of an entire family who warned by email and telephone that we were having a malfunction in the car in a hotel garage in Andorra and that we couldn 't make the trip there that night , they replied that they were going to talk to the management , but we had no answer and debited the price in full with breakfasts and everything .
