Fortunately my son snagged all of us free rooms with our Amigos de Paradores points from former years so I can't comment on price. My room #214 had good AC and wifi connection, 2 chairs (one for the desk and one to sit in to read, which I appreciate), no note paper, pen or bidet. Our Amigos card got us each (All of us except the 17 year old who doesn't yet have a card) free tinto de veranos (sort of like sangria without all the floating fruit) in the bar, where the snack choices were a bit skimpy and the bocadillo (baquette sandwich) was not outstanding. The 20 euro breakfast was fairly minimal in comparison to some other hotels of its ilk but the waitress did consent to get me a decaf from the bar because I don't much care for the coffee from those do-it-yourself machines.
