Hotel Oca Golf Balneario Augas Santas Golf

My partner and I went, we stayed there for the weekend and it was luxurious. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and very clean. The staff was wonderful, the service was top-notch. The circuit and the Spa were first-rate, the outdoor pool was spectacular. Although I prefer the thermal circuit. Not to mention the party, dinner, and dance of San Juan. A true luxury, the food was delicious. It was an unforgettable weekend. We will return

Outdated rooms with uncomfortable pillows and a lot of noise in the hallways.

We were there last weekend; upon entering the room, we couldn't believe it. The only room opened to a lot of chimneys and machines (I suppose it was the air conditioning equipment). All we could see were chimneys, and the noise was very annoying. You go to a place to rest, paying a fortune, and you spend the night awake listening to a buzzing sound. It is a room that they have left in a corner that even has a juice lounge without a window. Dear hotel staff: We come to your hotel to rest, not to watch TV in a cramped space; do not deceive people by claiming to be a 5-star establishment while charging what you do. I will not return, and I recommend that you avoid that room. The spa is average.
