Hotel Voar

Dire stay. We asked for a claim sheet and they decided not to charge us for the stay, which we had for two nights but we only stayed one.Since the room had a portable air appliance connected with the hotel camera, not directly with the outside, which made the wall warm and the rest insufferable, on top with a 7-month-old baby, we had a really bad time both because of the heat and the noise it made. It does not appear in any image the air conditioner, it seems another quality, you expect another accommodation considering that it has 3 stars, should not have any, misleading advertising.

In my opinion (and I have been to many hotels in this category), I would consider it more of a Hostel of ctra., because it does not resemble a 3* Hotel in which I have stayed. Breakfast at the bar (not buffet or in the dining room), choose one thing from 3 options to order from the barmaid with a coffee and without being able to repeat. It needs a lot of updating although it seems they have already started (like changing bathtubs for showers and floors), but all very basic, as if to get out of the way. Ikea blended furniture with 2nd hand vintag, and the smell of sewer in the bathroom was "too much" (at least in my room). As for the cleanliness and the staff I consider it correct, but it is very noisy because they hold private parties in a lounge, without thinking about customers trying to rest and disconnect on vacation, and even if it does not occur late, the music and noise disturbs quite a lot, it would be nice to soundproof the rooms (it would be a good improvement even for the neighbors next door to the room to not hear each other). Definitely, knowing what's there I won't repeat, although there are tastes for everyone.

Good accommodation in Ribadeo, with free parking reserved for guests, clean and good quality/price rooms (we booked a double room with cot for one night for 60€) and full breakfast at a good price (6€ per person). To this we add good service treatment. Highly recommended.
