The room is quite far from what the promotional photos show. But the best part was in the bathroom: dirt and mold accumulated in the joints and corners, the kind that is not solved by wiping for three minutes. I went down to the front desk to complain and, although they were kind, they could not change our room because they were full. They sent someone to clean the bathroom but the problem is that it needed much more than an express cleaning. As compensation, they invited us to breakfast. But this was another chapter of the disaster: there were no glasses or cups, the food trays were empty, and there was a general feeling of lack of attention. The problem is that the same receptionist was also acting as a waitress and a cleaner, so it is quite evident that one person cannot be on top of everything at once. Friendly staff, though. But kindness does not make up for facilities in these conditions or an unattended breakfast. I do not recommend it. If the photos in the ad are the "what you order" and our room was the "what you get," this was definitely AliExpress hotel version.

Very nice hotel , neat decoration managers with little care for their guests. Meals quite correct. The hotel is not far from the historic center of Lugo

A peculiar hotel / hostel with strange but pleasant decoration. Very good beds, excellent bathroom. Good breakfast to follow the Camino de Santiago. The best thing is the friendliness of the staff. they help you in everything. Highly recommended.
