The hotel is renovated, the rooms are fine except the TV doesn't work, I made inquiries to resolve the issue but nothing. The food lacks preparation and is not good.

Appalling g! Ant make a single dunk of tea coffe or get water on site. Half an hour walk to nearest cafe and building works were noisy. Kids club/social club attached was very noisy. Overall a traumatic and unpleasing experience. Made worse by sad and moody staff at reception.

Beautiful hotel in Alcala de Henares. Very attentive and helpful staff. We stayed for one night. We came to see the Cervantino Market which we loved. I recommend this hotel either for short or long stay. The rooms are very nice and updated. Comfortable beds and all for a fairly affordable price. I recommend it.
