Ibis Alcorcon Tresaguas

We went to the Shakira concert, the hotel was very comfortable and clean, breakfast was decent! I must highlight the blonde receptionist who checked us in!! (I do not know her name) She guided us to the concert very well and gave us very, very good advice!! A 10 to the team, a 100 to her!! Thanks for the service

It would be good if it weren't for the carpet on the floor. It is dirty and smells very bad. During the night I suffered flea bites.

It does the job. I think the quality-price ratio is reasonably acceptable, a bit high for my taste (and I have stayed in quite a few ibis). Overall good, very quick check-in.
