The hotel is clean and comfortable. The check-in process was very efficient, friendly, and simple. It has private parking, which is good if you bring a car; the cost does not exceed 10 euros for 24 hours. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The TV service is very good. The only thing that did not fully satisfy me was the soap and shampoo dispensers; they do not work very well; they get stuck, making them difficult to use. Other than that, everything was very good.

The room was spacious and clean. The in room amenities were sparse, only shower gel and conditioner over the shower which yielded very little. There was coffee and tea, but no mugs, just two glass tumblers which made it impossible to drink a hot drink out of. The main bar is apparently not open during the summer, we were guests early June. There is a phone at the bar which you can dial to get service, but if you do dial, the dialogue is muffled and unintelligible in any language. We live in Spain and speak a semblable of Spanish although it isn't brilliant, but the receptionist was quite hostile. My advice, book the Meliá across the road, so friendly, helpful, better rooms and cheaper

Good sized and clean room if you wanted a night’s stay close to the airport. However not value for the price you had to pay especially when they could not hold your luggage for a couple of hours after your check out. You had to pay for baggage storage. For a Melia brand came as a surprise to us. Even the smallest hotel or pension in Spain they could hold our baggage. Citing lack of space or saying that this is how the brand was moving towards did not speak much of customer service.
