Amazing place with great staff. Laura was exceptional and looked after us throughout the day during a wedding.

Taking the size of the room, a little small, but still not to mortgage a pleasant stay, everything else was good, the breakfast, varied and excellent, the staff(s), all friendly(s), available, competent and professional, at least those(s) with whom I crossed up, until they helped me solve a problem with the reservation. The hotel is a bit outdated and outdated (I stayed there many years ago), to comply with the essential, but relatively far from the main attractions, nothing that between 10 and 12 euros in a taxi,- cheaper than the Ubers on short distances - will not solve. The pool, appetizing on a hot day like that of my stay, and as usual in Madrid in the summer, asking for a dive after a tiring day strolling through fantastic Madrid. The garage, the usual stupid price. Stays on the street that doesn't get cold, and doesn't complain. But really good, close to the Monumental de Madrid, where you can walk in 5 minutes. To go and stay, without hesitation. A bit expensive, but hotels in Madrid are expensive.

A wonderful stay as always! The rooms were very comfortable, and the service at both the reception and the restaurant was super attentive and charming! Special mention always goes to the magnificent breakfast at NH hotels. 100% recommended.
