We had a short but unbeatable stay. For the attention received and the treatment towards both the dog and us.

My company booked the hotel for two nights, I arrived today and I cannot sleep, the room smells like sewage, the air conditioning does not work, I have requested to change rooms and even though there are available rooms, they tell me they cannot, terrible service from the young lady, I do not recommend it.

I will never return. I was deceived with a reservation and its subsequent cancellation in less than 1 hour. I was charged for the entire room. I suppose that canceling in less than 1 hour was a lot of work for them. And on top of that, they lied to me saying that there was no problem. The shower is quite pathetic.
