Emperador Hotel Madrid

We had a great stay at the Emperador Hotel on Madrid’s Gran Vía. Our room on the 4th floor was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, with many of Madrid’s main attractions, shops, and restaurants all within easy walking distance. The main reason I chose this hotel was the rooftop pool, bar, and dining area with its stunning views over Madrid. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing, and the staff were always friendly and served us with a smile. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid. The only downside was the lifts, which are quite small and slow, so there was often a bit of a wait during busy times.

Great moment at this hotel, which I loved for its pool, its cocktails... The rooms are large and spacious with many amenities. And on Gran Via! I highly recommend it!

Hotel in an excellent location in the center of Gan Via. It is a bit old-fashioned and needs modernization. The staff is kind, but the services are lacking. The rooms are poorly equipped, no slippers, no bathrobe, small bathrooms with vintage bathtubs... a bit shabby! The terrace with the lounge bar and pool is commendable; it is a pleasant space, but the service is DISASTROUS, with indifferent waiters and little attention to customers, leading to long waits.
