Excellent hotel in a prime location in the center of Madrid, with the main tourist attractions just a few steps away and several nearby metro stations, making it easy to get around the city. I arrived at 5 in the morning and, thanks to a prior request, I was allowed to check in early at no additional cost. Without a doubt, the best part of the experience: a detail that makes a difference when one comes from a long trip. The hotel is quiet, spotless, and modern. The breakfast deserves a separate mention: very varied, well presented, and with options for all tastes. Additionally, since it extends until 11, one can enjoy it calmly and almost turn it into a relaxed brunch before heading out to explore the city.

This hotel could also be nice, but unfortunately it is neglected and therefore appears old. The windows of the room would not close, the dark wooden furniture has all its edges faded and chipped, the bathroom is small, without a bidet and with a tiny sink that has no space to place one's belongings. We had the superior room, a sort of mini suite. I dare not imagine what the standard rooms are like. A few meters from the hotel, there is a public parking lot with direct access to the hotel, and I find it unacceptable that the hotel did not arrange a partnership. For three days, we spent 111 euros on parking. The only positive note is Ms. Maria, a kind lady who goes above and beyond to help the guests.

Excellent hotel in a prime location in the centre of Madrid with all tourist spots extremely handy or various Metro stations yards away for access across city. Hotel is quiet, spotless and modern with lovely well maintained breakfast. Downside, no bar.
