Exe Moncloa Hotel

We chose this hotel because it was only about 20 minutes to the airport. The metro is right across the street, and it is about 1.6 km to the center, which is easily walkable and also convenient for taxis, Uber, or Bolt. The reception was nice, and the check-in and check-out were quick. The reception was very helpful. The room was okay for a few days, but I would have liked a bit more space for my clothes so that I could take them out of the suitcase. Next time, definitely take a room on the back side; it was very loud with laughter and ambulances constantly passing by. Breakfast had a wide selection and was always clean. The rooftop bar was the highlight, and the service was very friendly from the staff from Venezuela👍

Very bad! Could not sleep. You hear everything. The sound from the street, but also between different rooms. I only had one door to the next room. Breakfast very bad, I am lactose intolerant, there was almost nothing to eat. The hotel does not follow the EU recommendation to write content on different dishes.

A disappointment. Arrival at the hotel (at night) with a baby of 4 months and 4* this hotel has zero. The only thing that has good is the location. And even this gets compromised when the hotel has zero sound insulation. 2 nights (Saturday and Sunday) and the noise from the outside became unbearable until 4:00 a.m. It was impossible to sleep like this. Even the upper/bottom floor chairs of hearing dragging or even the conversations of people in the hallways. The room was not clean, despite the various letters left in the room that said the opposite. The bathtub was dirty with stains and hair still. The ground ranged huge. The room warm to the point of looking like a summer day right there but we are in February. Damaged door. Spots on the cushions and the bathroom ceiling falling from moisture. After asking someone to go to the room to see the state in which he was, they answered, “At the moment we have no one available.” The breakfast also left much to be desired, a real banquet but the food without any taste. Three elevators available but only one always worked. We got to use the stairs. The rooftop is closed and obviously only opens in the summer. We left with the sick baby. We booked a 4 star hotel to be comfortable with the baby, but even in 3 star hotels in Morocco we had better conditions. We won't come back even if we get paid.
