Really deplorable the cleanliness I would say not even shallow Also Bichs in the room that when making the complaint only cleaned them Passenger Alejandra Porrini It is a shame because this very well located only dedication and commitment to keep the place clean

Me and 4 friends stayed in here for 3 nights. We stayed on a private 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen. The location is great as it is super central and within walking distance from Gran Vía, Opera and Royal Palace. There are night spaces just outside the building so you may expect some noise during the night, but nothing to worry about if you're a heavy sleeper. Definitely a fair budget place to spend some days in Madrid!
