Hotel very well located in Madrid. Which we found excellent. The ladies in the dining room make an exquisite breakfast and are excellent employees; they make the guests feel very welcome. Angelines and the other lady are very pleasant. The staff at the front desk is very attentive.

The service at the hotel is very good, especially from the ladies in charge of the breakfast service, who are very attentive and always willing to help.

It is a 3-star hotel, that is clear; do not expect luxury, but within the category, it is excellent, with a good price, very clean, the staff is super friendly, a very good breakfast, and just meters away from everything there is to see in Madrid. I could not recommend it more. Very, very, very good 3-star hotel. Impeccable.
