We had a lovely time there - The rooms are big and spacious and nice little kitchen and air con. We had a small kind of balcony on ours too. I cant complain other than the noise from other people - the walls are like paper can hear people flush the toilet shut doors and even flick on switches which is norm in places in europe - but overall great room. staff on reception were so lovely and only a few mins from the metro. Just be aware there is no supplies in the itchen. While you have a microwave and firdge and sink there is no cookery or utencils or places cups etc. which was a let down for the wine

Ancient hotel with elevator, located in the Gran Via region, right in the bubble of Madrid. Old room, but preserved with kitchen structure. Close to everything.

We had a good time. A family trip to Madrid. Great location, cleanliness, and kindness. We could not ask for more. They were always available for every request.
