We booked Duplex Apartment a room for 160 EUR for three people. The sofa bed / couch intended for the third person was in terrible condition. It was completely worn out, broken, and unstable. The condition was so bad that a person was afraid to sleep on it, and even sitting on it felt unsafe. What we were expected to sleep on was absolutely disgusting, unhygienic, and unacceptable. This is a complete lack of respect toward guests who pay for a hotel stay and expect a basic standard of comfort and safety for sleeping overnight.

The location was the only positive, but unfortunately our experience had several issues. The apartment itself was only average, with very minimal decor. More concerning, there was visible water damage in the bathroom and mold around the door frame, which was disappointing from a cleanliness and maintenance standpoint. The biggest issue was parking. We followed the hotel’s recommendation for where to park and later received a €200 fine for entering a low emissions zone. At no point were we informed that special authorization or registration was required to access this area. As visitors unfamiliar with local rules, we relied on the property’s guidance, and this resulted in an unexpected and significant expense. Please note this parking was paid directly through the hotel. When we contacted the property, the response was dismissive and placed full responsibility on us, without acknowledging the lack of warning. Overall, due to the apartment’s condition, the lack of guidance regarding parking, and the decision to place blame on the guest, we would not stay here again.

Stayed 4 days in February, two, in one of the small studio, on the first floor. The apartment overlooks the alley but no noise. This is the perfect side of the accommodation: in the old center but in a very quiet street. Only 10 minutes walk from the Alameda Centre station (so 21 minutes in all from the airport). For the rest, the apartment corresponds in every way to the description. Staff at the friendly welcome. Very positive results.
