Feel Malaga Hostel

Dirty beds, hair everywhere and blood stains on the wall, when i got up from my bed in the morning my t-shirt was dirty because the sheets are poorly cleaned. When showering, afterwards the whole room is wet beacause the shower is positioned really bad, window isnt openable.

Terrible experience, dirty facilities and no maintenance. Awkward beds and closets full of crap and broken. Also, because of an error with the Booking app I doubled the Reservation. I tried to fix it with Booking and notified the property directly. When I checked in they told me it was all settled and charged me the night. The next day I receive a Booking notification that the accommodation charges me the night for no-show. After a month of contacting Adri, the supposed manager, she drags me out and hangs me up every time I try to talk to her. ERES UNA SINVERGÜENZA. What a public-facing deal management.

We had a horrible stay there was no air con and they didn’t even try to fix it after we said. We didn’t have any window or daylight and it was hot for the whole time and I didn’t get sleep it was horrible. The staff didn’t even try to fix the air con and just gave us a small fan.
