I stayed in a duplex in San Telmo for 3 nights in June with my husband and my daughter.
Beautiful property, very comfortable, spacious apartment. There was, however, a bit of dust here and there. The terrace with the view of the city is splendid. Very close to the center. However, having a rental car and the apartment being in a pedestrian zone, we always had to park far away, even with our suitcases.

This was a lovely modern duplex apartment in the centre of Malaga. Fantastic location for sightseeing, bars and restaurants. Awkward for uber pick up but once you know where to go it’s fine. Staff were pleasant and friendly and rooms were clean other than two dark hairs in the bathroom area.
The reason I would not recommend for families particularly this apartment (1) it was right next to the entrance to the hotel, it was so so loud when people came in & people spoke so loudly which meant we had a bad sleep. I don’t get disturbed easily at all as am deaf in one ear but I have never known people to be so disrespectful and loud coming in in the early hours. Not the hotels fault but yes don’t book apartment one if you want a peaceful night sleep with children. We could also hear talking loudly in another room but I don’t know how that is possible from where our room was located but there was def talking noise from somewhere so the walls must be extremely thin.
A Coffee shop is just at the end of the alley which is handy.

This is a great place to stay if you are travelling with a dog, except they do not allow pets on the terrace bar. Great location., but you need to walk about 5 minutes from the earest taxi drop off. It is located in a pedestrian zone, which is why it's great for a dog - lots of restaurants and bars just around the corner.
