A hotel to return to for its facilities and staff. Many years of coming back and many more to go. If you are looking for luxury and tranquility but with good entertainment and staff dedicated to ensuring you enjoy yourself to the fullest, trying to make your stay as pleasant as possible... this is your hotel. Absolutely love the hotel, especially atmosphere and entertainment team - Limonta and Yuri are stars! These two people are such a warm and vibrant characters withought them it would be not so much fun. Guests absolutely LOVE THEM! Thank u. Ines and Jon.

Lovely hotel. We stayed in the Ronda block which was ideally located for the pool and the buffet restaurant. Rooms were very comfortable as were the beds. Also slightly larger than the average Spanish hotel room we thought. We mostly found the food to be great (we were half board so had breakfast and dinner in the buffet restaurant each day). There was always something for everyone to eat apart from my very fussy daughter, but that's not the hotel's fault! Breakfasts were particularly good. I have included photos of the menus for the pool snack bar (food truck) and pool bar (beach club) as I can never find them online when looking at prospective hotels. We didn't eat in the beach club but it seemed very popular. The food truck was good but a little expensive. We also ate lunch in the Bikini Beach Club a minutes walk from the hotel along the promenade. It was fairly decent but also a little expensive. The pool area was nice and didn't feel too crowded. Finding sunbeds was not too much of an issue and the location right on the beach was lovely. Views from the sea view rooms were gorgeous. The BP petrol station opposite the hotel (but over a bridge) was good for stocking up on drinks/snacks and it also had a very reasonable priced cafe attached to it. There is no shop in the hotel which is unusual although they have quite a few vending machines. The hotel could perhaps benefit from a pool table and table tennis table. The Miramar shopping centre was worth a visit and not too far a walk. Used Ubers and taxis but found the taxis in many cases were cheaper. Some areas of the hotel need a bit of a refub (such as small rips in the wallpaper in some of the bedrooms and corridors), but overall felt very clean. Compared to the other hotels we looks at in the centre of town we would definitely pick this one even though they may be better located as they were busier and not directly on the beach. Would definitely return.
