Hotel Rural Los Jarales

The hostess is false and betrayal, when we arrived (group of 11 people) said that he offered a welcome drink, in the end charged the price, the breakfast is weak and of poor quality (a slice of bread only), we asked for eggs and more juice, did not mention that was paid separately, each egg cost 4€, took advantage of our stay to inflate everything, I made a verbal complaint about the fact that the lady was not being honest and she mentioned without education that the Portuguese are poor. Thank God I don't need money, but I don't like being stolen. I'll never go there again, I don't recommend it.

Very bad experience. We could not use the spa, always busy but then there was no one. Great old-fashioned room, with a super uncomfortable bed, the mattress was nailed everywhere. Awful breakfast, excellent quality products. Not to repeat.

Beautiful structure the location and the view, unfortunately non-existent services, seriously insufficient breakfast with bad quality products, a real shame because the structure and 'really nice. I'm sorry to give a low rating but I think breakfast is a very important element in a hotel Rating. So Recommendation only for overnight stay, and I hope that my observation can give the cue to improve
