We bolked a room for the wrong night and paid straight away. We instantly messaged the hotel to explain we made a mistake with the date, but they said its too short notice to cancel...attitude was terrible. They then tried to charge us a no show fee. Typical tourist trap. Avoid these con artists. Id rather be homeless than sleep at that dump.

Good comfortable hotel in heart of Fuengirola with all amenities to hand. Two minutes walk from bus station, four minutes walk to train station and five minutes walk to sea. Staff are excellent and very helpful. Shout out to Charlotte and Michelle for their outstanding customer service and kindness.

Tje hotel is currntly a building siye on the ground floor. Pneumatic drills, hammering dust. Can be heard clearly in bedrooms. It lasts all day ! No appology at chick in. Insist2d on charging my card even if I left ! Then I got to my so called luxury room. - dreadful smell. Smelt like cats pee , BUT I think it was possbly damp ? I asked them to make room smell fresh but This was only superficial and i slept with dreadful smell returning. DO NOT STAY HERE. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
